Coconut Oil For Hair Loss

- 1 to 2 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
- 7 drops of rosemary essential oil
- 1 tbsp of fresh ginger juice

Coconut oil
– this contains essential amounts of vitamins and fatty acids that deeply nourishes your scalp and helps with stimulating hair growth. It also produce sebum that keeps your scalp from drying out and coats the hair strands to protect it from damage and breakage. 

Rosemary essential oil
– this kind of oil is used by a lot of people to prevent the premature graying of your hair as well as dandruff treatment that causes hair fall. It also stimulates proper blood circulation in your scalp making it healthy for hair follicles to grow faster.

Ginger – this contains magnesium, potassium and other vitamins that are essential in making your hair stronger and healthier. Aside from this, ginger is also rich in fatty acids that coats your hair making it thicker.


1. Mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl. Stir them properly.
2. Section your hair into parts and using your fingertips, apply generous amount of the mixture in your scalp and hair.
3. Perform a scalp massage for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Keep the mixture in your hair and scalp for 20 to 30 minutes.
5. Rinse it off with water and mild shampoo. 

Repeat this process for 2 to 3 times a week to see the results faster.
