Hibiscus For Hair – Remedies For Hair Regrowth, Strong And Shiny Hair

That dry and itchy flakes on our scalp also known as dandruff can be irritating and embarrassing because they can be easily seen on a black shirt when scratch or they can come out as a an unpleasant display on your hair. Here are the list of natural ingredients you need to prepare before starting with the process:

- 15-20 pieces of hibiscus flowers ( or you may also use some leaves)

- 5 tbsp aloe vera gel

- 1 to 2 inches fresh ginger root

We used three ingredients in this recipe and let us check each one of them why they are helpful in treating dandruff.

Hibiscus flower – this is an active natural ingredient that helps soothe irritated scalp as well strengthen the strand of your hair.

Aloe Vera – this is very popular in treating scars bruises and any other skin disorder just like dandruff because it has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial property which eliminates harmful elements that causes dandruff production.

Ginger – this is also called a natural antiseptic because it inhibits the growth of yeast thus stopping the growth of flakes.

1. Mix the hibiscus flowers and peeled ginger root in a blender and add a little bit of water from time to time to achieve the proper consistency which should be a thick smooth paste.

2. Put the paste in a bowl and add aloe vera gel. Mix it again using a fork.

3. Now scoop a generous amount and apply it on your hair from root to tips and massage the scalp.

4. Leave the mask on your hair for up to 30 minutes.

5. Rinse it off with mild shampoo and clean water.

Note: Apply this process daily on your scalp for faster result. As per some trial, dandruff can be lessen or eventually gone after the third or fourth application. Vary may result based on different skin types and severity of the dandruff.
