Acne Free Skin Using Ginger

Ginger can be found in almost all kitchen because it is used as ingredient in cooking dishes to make it more tasty and healthy. Its taste is shot, reviving and has that biting yet sweet and warm aftertaste especially when added to a soup.


Aside from being used in cooking, ginger also plays an important role in traditional medicine because it contains a powerful antioxidant called gingerol. To start with the process, you will need to prepare the following ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon aloe vera (organic)
- ½ teaspoon ginger juice (fresh)

Before we go through the process of creating the mask, let us first look at the details of each ingredients and know why they are effective in treating those acne build up in your face while keeping it moisturized.

Aloe Vera – this contains a lot of water inside its pulp which makes it a natural moisturizer. It has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties making it useful in treating skin problems such as sun burn, acne and the like. It also effectively reduce the redness and swelling of the skin and removes bacteria build up that might cause additional damage.

Ginger – this helps in cleaning your pores from the inside out and with its anti-inflammatory properties, it helps in reducing the pain from swelling of the skin. It also contains essential amounts of vitamin C which treats skin blemishes.

Instructions:

1. Gather all the ingredients in a clean bowl.
2. Mix all the ingredients properly.
3. Apply the mixture on a cleansed face and neck or on the affected area only.
4. Gently massage in circular and upward motion for 3-5 minutes. Then leave it for 30 minutes.
5. Rinse off with clean water.
Note: You can perform this step two times a day to get rid of acne. Ginger might give your skin that sting feeling and if it happens for more than 3 minutes, quickly wash off your skin with clean water.
