- 1/2 cup coconut oil/olive oil
- 5 drops lavender oil
- 5 drops cedar wood oil

Just like lavender, cedar wood oil has properties to set proper mood you need before sleeping. These two main ingredients will surely help you with insomnia or other sleeping problems.

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or a jar.
2. Stir them well until all the oils are mixed together.
3. Transfer the mixture in a sealed bottle.
