Having dry or cracked heels is one of a woman's nightmare. This may also show that you are lacking in giving attention and care to this part of your body. Take note that our feet is one of the most used body part so they should deserve the best care.


Cracked feet can be a result of dehydration, improper diet and wearing the wrong kinds of footwear. It’s always preferred to start taking precautions before your heels start to crack and eventually lead to pain and bleeding.

Banana And Avocado Foot Mask

Banana is rich in powerful anti-oxidants, phytochemicals, and moisture. This fruit will nourish and revitalize dry skin as well as smoothen rough and aging skin. The inside of each peel is packed with amino acids and a ton of nourishing vitamins (like A, B, C and E) that soothe and soften dry, itchy skin.

Avocado oil rich in fatty acids and is excellent for moisturizing the skin. In addition to vitamin E, avocado oil contains potassium, lecithin, and many other nutrients that can nourish and moisturize the skin.

You will need:

1 ripe banana
1/2 avocado

Instructions:

Peel off the banana and avocado.
Blend them until it became a thick creamy paste.
Scoop a generous amount and apply this paste over your heels and feet.
Keep it on for 15 to 20 minutes. This will allow the power of the ingredients to work in your skin.
Wash off with lukewarm water.
You can do this every day till your heels become soft.
