Recipe For Whiter Teeth

Lemon Juice And Baking Soda Paste

Lemons are high in citric acid which acts as a natural bleach for stains on teeth while baking soda is mildly abrasive which helps gently buff away surface stains and thicken the lemon juice so it stays on the teeth longer.

To make this paste you will need:

1 teaspoon lemon juice
baking soda

Instructions:

Put the lemon juice in a bowl.
Add generous amount of baking soda while mixing continuously until it turns into a paste.
Scoop a generous amount of the paste using the toothbrush and brush it off your teeth.
Leave the paste for about 5 minutes.
Gargle with water to rinse off the paste.

Sea Salt And Baking Soda Paste

Baking soda or sodium bicarbonate and salt are gentle abrasives that remove surface stains from teeth. Sea salt rinse also helps allay swollen, inflamed gums and rinses away bacteria in the mouth.

You will need:

1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
water

Instructions:

Mix baking soda and sea salt in a bowl while slowly adding water to it.
Stir the mixture consistently until it turns i to a paste.
Use a soft toothbrush to apply to teeth and gently brush for 2 minutes.
Gargle with clean water.
Brush again with regular toothpaste
