Baggy Eyes And Dark Circle Treatment

Bags under eyes are mild swelling or puffiness under the eyes and this is common as you age. With aging, the tissues around your eyes, including some of the muscles supporting your eyelids, weaken.

Normal fat that helps support the eyes can then move into the lower eyelids, causing the lids to appear puffy.

This is one of the common beauty problems most women are complaining especially if they are working on a graveyard shift. In this article we will share you a recipe you can simply create at home to treat baggy eyes and dark circles (if you have them).

You will need:

1 teaspoon tomato juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking soda

Benefits:
Tomato - naturally possess powerful bleaching properties that can lighten skin very effectively.Tomatoes contain antioxidants called as lycopene that minimizes the dark pigmentation under the eyes by protecting the skin from damages. Tomatoes have moisturizing properties that hydrate the skin under the eyes which is essential to prevent further aggravation of dark circles

Lemon - has an excellent skin bleaching property that lightens the dark discoloration under the eyes. Lemon has rich content of vitamin C and citric acid that helps to lighten and tighten the skin under the eyes to remove the darkness.

Baking Soda - a mild abrasive and slightly alkaline which helps in exfoliation of the upper skin layer.

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until it turns into a paste.
Scoop a generous amount using a brush.
Gently dab it under your eye.
Let it sit for minutes until the paste has dried.
Rinse it with warm water and repeat this treatment at least three(3) times a week.

Dark circles under the eyes result from hyper pigmentation, triggered by chronic eye-rubbing, sun exposure, or genetics. So it is better to limit such trigger while doing the treatment to achieve best result.
